<image:title>Home - WE TREAT THE PERSON, NOT THE BODY PART</image:title>
<image:caption>At Mindful Health, we offer a unique approach to healthcare that is patient centered and personalized to your goals. We utilize a Functional Medicine model which places emphasis on achieving and maintaining health rather than managing symptoms with medication. We help you discover the root-cause to your injury or illness so that you can improve your health once and for all. Our goal is to help you find the right starting place — and then walk you through the steps necessary to reduce pain, prevent disease, lose weight, balance your hormones, heal your gut, improve your mood, have more energy; and to look, feel, and perform your very best.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Home - FEEL BETTER. HEAL FASTER</image:title>
<image:caption>We believe that an injury or illness affects the whole person. Your ability to heal depends on more than just managing your symptoms. We take Sports Rehab to the next level by teaching you how to promote tissue healing and decrease your recovery time. We address any underlying imbalances in your body that may be limiting your ability to heal. And most importantly, we help you identify what may have contributed to your injury or illness so that you don’t just get better… you become ‘better than before’.</image:caption>
